Phoebe`s New  Sponsor 2018/2019

Phoebe would like to thank her new sponsor for the 2018/2019 season.

Alex has been Phoebe`s Optometrist for the last two years after one of Phoebe`s coaches spotted that her depth perception was not quite as good as it could be.

​We searched for a Specialist Sports Optometrist and were extremely fortunate to find Alex Gage who is one of only a few Optometrists with the Diploma in Sports Vision in the country.

​

It didn`t take long for Alex to analyse her needs and work out the complicated type of contact lenses she needed, this is critical as a fencer to ensure her peripheral vision as well as her depth perception is as accurate as possible.
